Turn on nmbr™
Turning on nmbr™ is as simple as swiping your finger. Located at the top right corner of your keypad, you'll find a switch icon. With the nmbr™ app open, simply swipe inwards towards the WiFi symbol to turn it on. You'll get a notification when nmbr™ is active.
To turn off nmbr™, swipe the on switch outwards towards the outside of your trackpad. You'll get a notification when nmbr™ is off. You can also activate and deactivate nmbr™ by holding down on the power switch. NOTE: When nmbr™ is on, your computer will ignore all mouse and keyboard input. You can temporarily pause nmbr™ by holding down on your "fn" key. |
Inputting data with nmbr™
After selecting your input field, turn on your nmbr™ keypad. Once your nmbr™ keypad is on, inputting data is as simple as tapping away. Tap or click on the digits you'd like to input.
You can use multi-touch gestures to tab or erase input as well. Swiping to the left with three fingers will delete digits. Tapping with four will bring you to the next input field much like the tab key would. |
Accessing shortcuts
Accessing shortcuts with nmbr™ is as easy as 1,2,3 – but first, you need to program your shortcuts in the nmbr™ app.
Click the nmbr™ app in your dock to launch it if you haven't already done so. Once there, you'll see an array of nine "+" signs. Click on any sign you'd like to add a shortcut to. (Hint: the signs correspond to a digit on your nmbr™ keypad). Once you've entered your website(s) hit save and you're ready to go! To use the shortcuts, swipe inwards from the bottom right corner of your nmbr™ keypad. You'll see a window appear on your computer to help guide you to the website you'd like to visit. Without lifting your finger, move to the website of your choice and lift your finger to be blasted towards the wonders of the web. |
Toggling WiFi and Bluetooth
To toggle WiFi and bluetooth, simply hold down on the WiFi or Bluetooth symbol for 2 seconds. You'll get a notification window on your screen once the toggle has been activated.
